ReliaLife Privacy Policy

Overview

ReliaLife is a personal maintenance tracking application. We built it to help you manage your assets, not to collect your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is protected.

What we collect

• Account information — if you create an account, we store your email address and name via Supabase, our backend provider.
• App data — assets, components, maintenance tasks, usage logs, and completion history you create in the app. This data is stored on your device and, if you have an account, synced to Supabase.
• Feedback — if you submit feedback through the app, we store the text of that message.

What we do not collect

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising.
• We do not collect location data, contacts, or any data outside the app.

Local-only users

If you use ReliaLife without creating an account, all data remains on your device only. We have no access to it. If you uninstall the app or switch devices, that data is permanently lost.

Data storage and security

Account data is stored with Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Row-level security policies ensure each user can only access their own data.

Future partner programs

We may in the future offer optional programs that allow you to share your maintenance data with third-party partners, such as insurance providers, in exchange for benefits. Participation will always be opt-in and you will be notified before any data is shared. This policy will be updated with full details before any such program is launched.

Data retention

You can delete your data at any time by deleting assets within the app or by deleting your account through Settings. To request full account deletion, contact us at privacy@relialife.app.

Children

ReliaLife is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
